In 1999, Marco founded Vinclair Corporation with a simple but powerful idea: the same precision and structure used in technology could be applied to help people build better financial systems for their lives. Drawing on his background in system design, he set out to solve the very human challenges of paying for healthcare, planning for retirement, and transferring wealth wisely.
That vision evolved into LTP – Life Transition Programming, a process Marco developed to guide families and organizations through each stage of financial life—ensuring growth, stability, and a seamless transition of assets and values from one generation to the next.

Lorraine Navarro joined Vinclair Corporation in 2003, bringing with her more than two decades of experience in corporate data and telephony systems engineering, as well as in multilingual localization and internationalization projects for global organizations. Her background reflects a unique combination of technical precision, cross-cultural awareness, and entrepreneurial spirit—honed through her own document-design startup prior to joining Vinclair.
At Vinclair, Lorraine directs her expertise toward the group health and senior solutions division of Vinclair Insurance Services, helping businesses and individuals navigate the complexities of healthcare coverage and retirement-age planning. Her work ensures that clients receive the clarity, care, and confidence they need to make informed decisions about their well-being and financial security.
